Betsy Rae Philbrook born in 1975. She started her first sternman's job on her step-father, Roger May's boat, the Eagle. She has since worked with her grandmother, Meilta Staples, aboard ther skiff they named the Me N Bar. Then for a while she owned her own boat with her sister, Jill, then became a sternman again. She's the mother of Jacob and Dori Ann LeMoine. |
