Description |
Virgie Geddes was a playwright and lived in the Old Atlantic Schoolhouse with his wife Mina. He moved to Swan's Island in 1965. Mina passed away after Virgie and she bequethed it to the Swan's Island Educational Society for use as a library. It was rebuilt in the early 1990's and burned to the ground in 2008 during a thunderstorm |
