Description |
A seaplane belonging to Jack Whitehill is seen in Swan's Island Harbor. "Jack" owned a place that sold ice cream so he would go by plane to Rockland to pick it up. The ice cream was sold at their place of residence which was a house that has been torn down but in most recent history was Dr. Hunt's house. It was situated between the Gunnison-Wiseman house and Bill Coleman's fiberglass house in the Harbor. "Jack" was married to Leila Stockbridge. |
